Staff Software Engineer - Full Stack (Golang)

Bestow exists to change the way life insurance is built, distributed, and modernized. The company is a leading vertical technology platform serving some of the largest and most innovative life insurers, unifying the fragmented, legacy value chain to enable carriers to launch products in weeks instead of years. Bestow is looking for a Staff Software Engineer - Full Stack to join the Pre-Sales module team, which owns the agent-facing quote and illustration tools that power Bestow's life insurance offerings.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience (full stack)
• Professional experience with Golang (Go) is preferred
• Experience with modern frontend technologies including React and Typescript
• An advocate for Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
• Experience with distributed systems or microservices
• Experience designing APIs (Protocol Buffers, RAML, Swagger, OpenAPI, etc,)
• Experience with strategic orchestration of AI-Augmented Engineering
