Help municipalities collect and analyze spatial data for transportation projects as a GIS Field Technician. Assist with data collection, development, and analysis, and work alongside engineers, planners, and scientists to gain real-world GIS experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Geology, Planning, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 1-3 years of related GIS experience
- GIS principles, concepts, and applications
- Proficient in current technology (tablets, smartphones, laptops, etc.)
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
