The Lead Associate, Business Analysis is responsible for driving high-quality requirements delivery across complex initiatives within the Oversight Solutions portfolio.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in a Business Analysis role, preferably in financial services.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Finance, Business, or related field.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices, backlog management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem solving, organization, and communication skills.
