Takeda invites applications for a Lead Business Analyst to join their Innovation Capability Center in Bangalore, India. The successful candidate will take ownership of business analysis activities, lead the gathering and analysis of digital products, and partner with development teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. The role requires 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis and 4+ years in a Lean/Agile development environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
- 4+ years of experience in a Lean/Agile development environment.
- Experience in API design and integration.
- Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence).
- Strong end-to-end BA skills: gathering, analysing and documenting business and system requirements, create process flows.
- Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Proficient in SQL and analysing data in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas).
- Knowledge on FIGMA, BPMN, UML including modelling tools.
- Experience working with multiple systems and documenting data flows / system interactions.
- Highly organized; able to break down complex problems and set priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization.
