Requirements
- Work independently on business analysis tasks of high complexity, delivering outputs according to company standards.
- Gather, analyze and document software specifications and business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth transition to Service Delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders.
- Monitor the progress of Service Delivery activities and identify risks.
- Conduct regular reviews with clients to evaluate satisfaction and identify improvement opportunities.
