Lead Associate, Data Management

BetaNXT is a leading provider of frictionless wealth management infrastructure, real-time data solutions, and an enhanced advisor experience. We are seeking a Lead Associate, Data Management to help implement and mature the data governance function, inspire and guide data stewards' community, and drive resolution of data challenges.

Requirements

• Hands-on work experience to grow the enterprise-wide data governance program
• Establish effective work connections across the organization to identify and track governance and metadata management deliverables
• Identify and define data domains and elements including both business and technical definitions
• Strong communication skills to interact on a regular basis with Engineering, developer, and data stewards
• Strong analysis, critical thinking skills, and organized to resolve work challenges
