HR Operations Partner - Flutter Functions (22 months), Hybrid

Betfair Romania Development is seeking an HR Operations Partner to manage and resolve HR queries, drive operational excellence, and provide support to employees through Workday's support tool. The role involves acting as the go-to resource for employee populations across 25+ markets, managing HR transactions, and collaborating with other Global HR Operations Partners.

Requirements

• Experience working within a customer service environment
• Experience working within HR Operations with knowledge of employee lifecycle processes
• Proven ability to support employees across the globe, taking into account local nuances
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, and manage sensitive data and/or employee matters
• Excellent English written communication skills
• Analytical mindset with ability to identify and solve problems as required
