Job Description
Clinical Pharmacist in Emergency Medicine to join the team at Mount Auburn Hospital, supporting an expansion in ED Pharmacy coverage. The role involves working with a medication reconciliation technician, responding to code/stroke events, and teaching opportunities within the Pharmacy Residency Program.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (five-year degree program) from an accredited college of pharmacy
- Licensure to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts from the Board of Registration in Pharmacy
- Good oral and interpersonal communication skills
- Extensive knowledge and ability in all areas of the department
- Comprehensive knowledge of Pharmacotherapy
