Join our growing BILH team and make a difference in people's lives as a Clinician in our Primary Care for Collaborative Care Program. Embedded clinicians work with a multidisciplinary team to identify and treat mental health disorders and substance abuse.

Requirements

• Review medical records prior to initial evaluation
• Assess patients for behavioral health disorders
• Utilize clinical skills in brief treatment approaches
• Design behavioral health treatment plans
• Complete clinical documentation within expected timeframes
