Job Description
We are seeking a part-time Clinician (LICSW/LMHC) to support our Collaborative Care Program in primary care settings. The ideal candidate will be collaborative and flexible with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities include assessing patients, designing treatment plans, and providing education to staff and providers.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work or other directly-related Human Service discipline.
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) required.
