Cook position available at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital Plymouth. Must have basic cooking techniques knowledge and experience in quantity cooking. Serve Safe certification required.
Requirements
- Work according to daily production sheets
- Prepare food supplies and equipment required
- Follow or modify recipes on file
- Performs light cleaning duties
- Follow proper sanitation procedures
- Monitor food stock levels
- Rotate label and date all food product
- Assist with Receiving Deliveries
- Must be Serve Safe certified within 1 year of start date
