Director, HR Business Partner

The Director, Human Resources Business Partner will drive critical human capital initiatives and associated business results, leading activities to ensure successful achievement of objectives related to employee engagement, workforce management, and talent development. The role requires a solid line reporting relationship to the Divisional VP, HR Business Partner, and impacts overall business performance and employee engagement by providing strategic, creative, and collaborative leadership across assigned Divisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or Related Field required
• More than 10 years related work experience required and 5-8 years supervisory/management experience required
• Lead with a system mindset that embraces transformation and change
• Experience with computer systems required, including web-based applications and some Microsoft Office applications
• Certification in change management certification (PROSCI or Certified Change Management Professional- CCMP) preferred
