Job Description
The Director of Surgical Services provides leadership and operational oversight for all surgical service areas, ensuring safe and efficient patient care aligned with AORN, AAMI, TJC, and CMS standards.
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in Nursing
- Masterās degree in Nursing or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Nurse Manager in Surgical Services
- At least three (3) years of clinical nursing experience within Surgical Services
- Operating Room nursing experience preferred
