Director Surgical Services RN

The Director, Surgical Services RN serves in a dual role as Operations Director and Nursing Director for Surgical Services at PAMC, overseeing the Pre‐Op Clinic, Ambulatory Surgery Unit, Pain Clinic, Operating Room, Post‐Anesthesia Care Unit, Endoscopy, and Sterile Processing Department.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited school
• Master’s Degree (preferred)
• Alaska Registered Nurse License (required upon hire)
• 5+ years of healthcare operations and leadership experience, including service line growth
• Experience in strategic planning, organizational assessment, and complex hospital operations
