Manager, Grants Administration

Join the growing BILH team and make a difference in people's lives as a Manager of Research Administration. Manage research administrators, oversee grant proposals, and coordinate post-award work in a complex portfolio. Collaborate with Director of Research Administration and Principal Investigators on special projects.

Requirements

• Manage Research Administrators of all levels and/or Grant Specialists
• Oversee submission and monitoring of grant proposals
• Manage budgets for federal and non-federal research grants, contracts, and sub-contracts
• Oversee post-award work, including requests for unobligated balance carryforwards, change of Principal Investigators, no-cost extensions, relinquishing statements, and other federal Grants Management Specialist requests
• Collaborate with Financial Analyst, department staff, and ancillary departments to ensure smooth transition of information, people, and equipment
• Participate in development of Research community-wide orientation program
• Maintain necessary information and periodically update based on changing Medical Center or regulatory policy changes
