Project Manager, Marketing at Beth Israel Lahey Health is responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies for BILH hospitals, system departments/services, and business units. The role involves managing complex projects, collaborating with partners and internal clients, and providing subject matter expertise for project management to project teams.

Requirements

• Manage complex projects and respond quickly to changing issues and priorities
• Develop solutions that are feasible, cost-effective, and acceptable to the present stakeholders
• Support a diverse portfolio of projects, spanning domains including marketing campaigns, digital experience initiatives, routine operational projects, and process improvement initiatives
• Provide subject matter expertise for project management to project teams
• Drive projects and programs, taking full account of obstacles, opposition, and differing stakeholder priorities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems across projects
