Talent Specialist

The Talent Specialist will implement recruitment strategies, provide a best-in-class candidate experience, and partner with hiring managers to evaluate skill levels and drive interview best practices. The role requires a strong foundation in BILH business operations and workforce market data to provide insight to leadership and stakeholders to improve performance to meet/exceed goals.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of recruitment or relevant experience: experience in high volume recruitment preferred.
• Prior experience using applicant-tracking systems. Workday experience highly preferred.
• General knowledge of current employment laws and practices.
