Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our Allied Health programs across Eastern Health. The role involves developing and implementing targeted talent acquisition strategies, promoting a positive candidate experience, and providing specialist advice on sourcing and attraction. The successful candidate will possess a proven track record in talent acquisition, high volume internal recruitment experience, and qualifications in HR or a relevant field.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition Specialist or related role
- High volume internal recruitment experience
- Qualifications in HR or relevant field
- Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience
- Experience or exposure to SuccessFactors and/or other cloud based recruitment systems
