Requirements

• Qualification in Human Resources or a related field
• Experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Talent Acquisition Specialist (healthcare experience highly desirable)
• Strong IT literacy, including experience with HRIS/ATS systems
• Comprehensive understanding of recruitment practices and methodologies
• Police Check and International Police Check (if you have lived overseas)
