Job Description
We're looking for a Barista to join our team at Better Buzz Coffee Roasters. As a Barista, you'll deliver exceptional customer service, prepare and serve beverages and food, and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. We offer competitive pay, tips, and a fun, high-energy environment surrounded by people who love what they do.
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred
- Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service
- Strong communicator with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends and holidays and at least 22 hours worked each week
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
