Job Description
We're seeking a Member Care Navigator to join our team at Better Life Partners. As a key frontline team member, you will serve as a primary point of contact for members, helping them understand, coordinate, and access the care and support they need.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Certified Recovery Support Worker (CRSW) credential (preferred)
- 1+ year(s) experience in a Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program
- 1+ year(s) experience in case management or care navigation
