Director of Solar Construction Operations

We are seeking a Director of Construction Operations to drive the standardization, assimilation, and continuous improvement of our construction operations model nationally. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in residential solar construction operations and has been at least a 2nd line manager.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in residential solar construction operations
• 3+ years experience as a manager of managers in residential solar sales
• Has lead a construction operations organization of at least 30 employees
• Extensive experience managing outsourced partners both onshore and offshore
• Has owned overall construction operations efforts for at least one state, and ideally a mutli-state or national territory
