MRO Supply is hiring an experienced Human Resources Manager to join its growing team. The role will champion and provide expertise in support of an employee-oriented, high-performance culture, emphasizing safety, quality, productivity, and empowerment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
• 5+ years of broad HR generalist experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a management position
• Experience successfully partnering with leadership to develop and implement human resources strategies
• Experience developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies that support a continuous talent pipeline
• Experience managing and transitioning third party recruiting relationships and vendor relations
• Experience developing relationships with government sponsored entities
