Telesales Advisor

Join Better as a Telesales Advisor and generate leads and schedule appointments with senior decision-makers for our experienced field sales team. A competitive salary of £30K, increasing to £32,500 after training and £35K upon meeting KPIs, plus exciting monthly incentives and a supportive and dynamic work environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or outbound calling
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage decision-makers quickly
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Resilient and positive mindset, with the ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
• Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs
• Ability to build rapport and generate interest within the first 30 seconds of a call
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to work
