Requirements
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or outbound calling
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage decision-makers quickly
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Resilient and positive mindset, with the ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs
- Ability to build rapport and generate interest within the first 30 seconds of a call
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work
