Senior Product Manager, Prescriber Experience

BetterHelp is on a mission to remove the traditional barriers to therapy and make mental health care more accessible to everyone. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our diverse team of licensed clinicians, engineers, product pros, creatives, marketers, and business leaders who share a passion for expanding access to therapy. As a Senior Product Manager, you will take start-to-finish responsibility on some of our highest impact projects, including bringing to market new products and features, as well as optimizing our existing products to improve quality of the platform and accelerate growth.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a product role at a B2C company and proven success through measurable impact and increasing responsibilities.
• Growth and experiments driven mindset with a proven ability to execute and deliver results.
• Basic SQL knowledge to navigate and utilize BI tools effectively.
• Deep understanding of unit/business economics and proven ability to balance business and technical considerations for product decisions.
• Super analytical: proven experience in using data and relevant tools for driving critical business outcomes.
• Experience in quickly launching products on a regular basis in an agile environment with a track record of delivering products on time and with high quality.
• Great eye for UX and understanding of its related metrics.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills, strong attention to detail, able to work independently.
