Technical Program Manager, Broker Dealer

As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a critical role in driving execution, coordination, and operational clarity across highly interconnected and interdisciplinary teams at Betterment, a leading technology-driven financial services company. The role is an early-stage opportunity to help define great TPM practice at the intersection of complex domains.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project and program management or delivery operations in software development or investment management space
• Experience supporting investment products or platforms in a regulated environment and downstream impacts on reporting, operations, and regulatory obligations
• Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships across cross-functional teams
• Proficient in iterative delivery workflows and tools such as Jira or Confluence
