Technical Program Manager - Capital Markets Technology, VP position in Boston, Massachusetts, leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex technology programs at State Street Global Markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years experience in managing and delivering large IT projects
- Successful track record of delivering projects and programs using lightweight or agile approaches
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated strength in initiative-taking, leadership and influencing skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast–growing and changing environment
- Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle for iterative, agile, and traditional approaches. Experience with JIRA a strong plus.
