IT Prog / Proj Mngmt & BA, VP

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver complex technology programs at State Street Global Markets. This is an internal facing role with a focus on project planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication to achieve successful program outcomes.

Requirements

• Develop and execute program plans, define scope, objectives and timelines
• Work with engineering, product and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
• Identify and mitigate risks, develop contingency plans, and manage potential roadblocks
• Communicate program status, updates and potential issues to stakeholders
• Establish and maintain strong project governance processes, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices
• Experience using agile/scrum SDLC
• Effectively manage and communicate changes within the program, ensuring minimal disruption and continued project success
• Analyze program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimization
• Possess understanding of cloud-based implementation, technology migration projects
