Talent Operations AI Enablement Lead

BetterUp is a hybrid company looking for a Talent Operations AI Enablement Lead to oversee the infrastructure that makes every recruiter on the team more effective, including automations, AI tooling, and analytics. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in talent operations, recruiting operations, or a closely related field and is proficient in data analysis and reporting, with experience building and interpreting recruiting metrics dashboards independently. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in talent operations, recruiting operations, or a closely related field
• Demonstrated experience owning or administering an ATS (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or equivalent) at an organizational level
• Experience implementing AI tooling for recruiting teams
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining integrations between HR/TA tools using automation platforms (Zapier, Make, or similar)
• Proficiency with data analysis and reporting — experience building and interpret recruiting metrics dashboards independently
• Working knowledge of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or AI-augmented workflows in a professional context
