BetterUp is seeking a Vice President, Key Accounts EMEA to drive sales and customer success in a hybrid role. The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience in executive sales roles and a proven track record of success in leading high-performing sales teams.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in executive sales roles
- Proven track record of success in executive-level selling and leading high-performing sales teams
- Demonstrated experience in driving new sales, account management, and customer success within a complex, B2B environment
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and nurture relationships at all levels
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven success in leading sales teams and driving revenue growth
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
