BetterUp is seeking a Vice President Key Accounts, North America to drive sales strategies and executive-level selling. The role encompasses new sales, account management, and customer success. The company is a hybrid organization with a focus on in-person collaboration when necessary. Employees are expected to be available to work from one of their office hubs at least two days per week.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in executive sales roles
- Proven track record of success in executive-level selling and leading high-performing sales teams
- Demonstrated experience in driving new sales, account management, and customer success within a complex, B2B environment
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and nurture relationships at all levels
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven success in leading sales teams and driving revenue growth
