Requirements

• Strong communicator with a proactive, self-starting mindset.
• Deep technical knowledge of threats, vulnerabilities, and security controls.
• Hands-on experience implementing, tuning, and operating DLP, IDS/IPS, firewalls, SIEM/SOAR, and endpoint protection tools.
• Practical experience responding to real-world security incidents and performing root-cause analysis.
• Solid foundation in networking and infrastructure security.
• Proven ability to work directly with cloud-native security tooling across hybrid environments (Azure, GCP, M365).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Security Tools and modern security stacks.
• Relevant certifications (SSCP, CCSP, CEH, CySA+ or equivalent).
• Experience in regulated industries (e.g. gaming, fintech).
• Understanding of gambling compliance and player behaviour.
• Exposure to geographically distributed systems and teams.
