Job Description
The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the management, customization, and optimization of the HRIS, ensuring it supports HR and organizational goals effectively. This role includes maintaining system performance, managing data accuracy and integrity, and customizing the system to align with the organization’s specific needs, including workflows, reporting, and integration with other business systems.
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Successfully passes all applicable general pre-employment testing including but not limited to: background check, pre-employment drug screening, pre-employment fit tests, pre-employment aptitude and/or competency assessment(s).
- Possesses a valid U.S. Driver’s License.
- Daily overtime required and in person, predictable attendance.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience managing HRIS systems, preferably Paycom, in a mid-to-large organization.
