Job Description
Responsible for all clerical duties within Nursing Medical Unit, including dictation, typing, answering phone calls, and maintaining medical records.
Requirements
- High school graduate with either an academic or office skills background and a knowledge of medical terminology
- Ability to deal directly with physicians and nurses on a professional level
- Computer literacy in word processing and knowledge of Outlook or similar programs
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
