Customer Onboarding Manager - Italian & French Speaking

Beyond is looking for a Customer Onboarding Manager to lead onboarding efforts for new customers, ensuring they successfully adopt and thrive in the evolving environment. The Onboarding Manager will train and educate customers on Revenue Management best practices and use Beyond Pricing to achieve their revenue goals.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in project management, onboarding, or customer-facing roles
• Fluency in Italian, French, and English
• Solid understanding of Onboarding or Customer Success best practices
