Job Description
Customer Onboarding Specialist job to accompany clients in onboarding and training process, ensuring client satisfaction, adoption, and use of the Skello tool, and bringing value to users and limiting attrition.
Requirements
- Be a good teacher, patient, structured, and persevering.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills!
- Be resourceful, analyze quickly, and be able to provide simple answers to complex problems.
- Enjoy human contact.
- Use CRM tools (Salesforce/Intercom) and have knowledge of e-learning tools.
- Be comfortable in English. If you master Spanish and/or Italian, that's a real plus.
