BGB Group is seeking an exceptional SVP, Medical Strategy to lead the scientific and medical vision behind their new business, pitch, and growth-focused initiatives. The SVP will shape the scientific narrative that anchors their pitch strategy, bringing clarity, credibility, and strategic insight to every new business opportunity.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in medical strategy, scientific affairs, medical communications, or related areas
- Advanced scientific degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent)
- Deep expertise across therapeutic categories, clinical landscapes, and regulatory considerations
- Exceptional ability to translate scientific complexity into compelling, accessible strategic narratives
- Outstanding verbal communication and presentation skills, especially in high-stakes pitch environments
- Proven track record of leading, mentoring, and developing medical strategy teams
