Senior Camp Mentor - Weston Mount Dennis

The Senior Mentor is a leadership role within the Summer Camp team, responsible for overseeing a group of campers while mentoring Junior Camp Mentors and volunteers. This role plays a key part in the daily coordination and overall success of the program.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a summer camp or similar childcare/recreation setting
• Demonstrated experience in a leadership or senior staff role
• Strong ability to supervise and manage groups of children effectively
• Experience communicating with parents/caregivers in a professional setting
• Current First Aid & CPR (mandatory)
• Police Reference Check within the last 6 months (required prior to start date)
• HIGH FIVE: Principles of Healthy Child Development (mandatory)
