Job Description
BGIS is seeking a 4th Class Power Engineer to operate and maintain the facility, including mechanical and electrical equipment. This role involves troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, routine repairs, and ensuring facility uptime. The position requires strong client service skills and adherence to safety protocols.
Requirements
- Troubleshooting and troubleshooting HVAC/Pneumatic/Hydraulic systems
- Performing structural inspections and preventative/corrective maintenance
- Operating and maintaining facility equipment
- Adhering to Environmental, Health, and Safety regulations
- Ensuring work completed meets quality and compliance standards
- Knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS)
- Knowledge of HVAC Systems
- Demonstrated ability to maintain and repair mechanical equipment
- Strong communication and client-service skills
