Job Description
BGIS is seeking a Maintenance Team Lead responsible for overseeing a team of Technicians in providing preventative and corrective maintenance for assigned facilities. The role involves leading a team of individual contributors, ensuring adherence to processes and standards, and overseeing the operation of facility mechanical and electrical systems. This position requires excellent people leadership, practical maintenance skills, and a strong focus on safety and environmental compliance.
Requirements
- 5 years of facility operations and maintenance work experience
- Previous people leadership experience (preferred)
- High school diploma plus trades training and certification
- Current knowledge of fire, life, safety and building codes and standards
- Strong client-service orientation and a high sense of urgency
