Job Description
Acquisitions Analyst will support the acquisition and finance teams and perform tasks such as financial analysis and modeling, market research and analysis, and organizing and maintaining the acquisition pipeline.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance and/or accounting a plus
- MBA degree preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in real estate asset management, finance and/or acquisitions
- Advanced Excel modeling skills required
- Strong organizational, time management, verbal and written skills
