Market Analyst (Real Estate)

The Market Analyst will support the acquisition and finance teams, perform financial analysis and modeling, market research and analysis, and organize and maintain the acquisition pipeline. The role requires effective communication and minimal day-to-day oversight.

Requirements

• Perform financial analysis and real estate underwriting on potential investment opportunities.
• Assist in reviewing offering memoranda and other seller-provided materials such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows.
• Conduct efficient and relevant market research and analysis that will be included in presentations to support real estate investment decisions.
• Prepare high caliber slide decks.
• Perform market-level due diligence, including sale comps, lease comps, and investment trends.
• Organize and maintain acquisitions pipeline.
• Perform administrative support to the Acquisitions and Finance teams.
