Job Description
BH Properties, a private real estate investment company, seeks an Acquisitions Associate with 2-5 years of experience in real estate asset management and/or acquisitions, to provide analytical support for affordable housing investments nationwide.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in real estate asset management and/or acquisitions
- Experience in affordable housing required
- Advanced Excel modeling skills required
- Strong quantitative skills and demonstrated analytical and problem-solving ability
- Unquestionable integrity and ethics
