Acquisitions Associate - Affordable Housing

The Acquisitions Associate role provides analytical support to the Head of Affordable Housing Acquisitions on investments nationwide, assisting with market analysis, financial modeling, and due diligence. The position offers an opportunity to grow and develop with a well-capitalized investment group.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in real estate asset management and/or acquisitions
• Comfort and proficiency in underwriting and analyzing real estate debt opportunities
• Experience in affordable housing required
• Advanced Excel modeling skills required
• Strong quantitative skills and demonstrated analytical and problem-solving ability
• Unquestionable integrity and ethics
• A bachelor’s degree in real estate, Finance and/or Accounting with an above average GPA. MBA a plus
