Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of nursing experience (home health preferred).
• Knowledge of OASIS documentation and Medicare home health regulations preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
