Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA preferred
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, including multi-entity management
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Excel skills
- Experience in real estate accounting required
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
