Real Estate Controller - 2114

A real estate company is seeking an experienced Controller to oversee accounting and financial operations across multiple real estate entities. This role is responsible for managing banking, cash flow, multi-entity bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, budgeting, compliance, and detailed financial reporting.

Requirements

• Overseeing accounting operations across multiple real estate entities
• Managing banking relationships, cash flow, and account reconciliations
• Handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Managing budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
• Supporting leadership with accurate portfolio-level financial reporting
