
Job description
The HR Manager develops and implements Human Resource strategies, objectives, and plans for the community. This position is accountable for the general day-to-day operations of human resources, payroll, and benefits.
Ensure community staffing needs are met, schedule and facilitate new employee welcome orientation, administer FMLA and other leaves of absence requests, and support supervisors with performance management.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of experience, or an Associate's Degree with 5-7 years' experience, and labor relations experience if the community has a union.
