Job Description
IT Infrastructure Specialist to support and enhance North American IT environment by solving technical challenges, improving infrastructure, and supporting users in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 6+ years of IT experience in systems, infrastructure, or network support
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, networking, and virtualization
- Experience with Azure, VMware/vCenter, Intune, and MDM tools
- Experience supporting Cisco networking environments
- Understanding of VPN connectivity, routing, VLANs, and infrastructure troubleshooting
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage priorities and work independently in a fast-moving environment
- IT certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft, or VMware certifications are a plus
